Practice Days & Times
Tuesdays & Thursdays 9-11am
Girls of ALL levels and ages 11-18 (seniors who just graduated in ’23) are allowed to participate. We will only accept boys up to age 14 (8th grade).
At the first practice we will divide the group into 3 groups (1 group per court of about 10-15 players). The division of groups will be done at the first practice. If you’re not able to be at the first practice, that’s ok, we will still place you in a group we think is best for you!
Again this season, we are only offering practice sessions. All tournaments you want to participate in need to be arranged on your own.
You do not need a partner to join our sand program. Our practices are designed for individual growth in the sand game. Scrimmaging does occur every day at the end of practices and this is where you can benefit from training with your partner. Being able to train with your partner can benefit the team to develop chemistry and familiarity for better tournament results.
Cancellations
Vital staff will track the weather the best they can leading up to each practice session. Vital staff will make the decision to either move forward or cancel practice sessions at least one hour before practice start time (if not sooner). Communication about cancellations will be done by email and social media.
Cause for cancellation of practices would be:
– Lightning in the area
– Heavy rain/hail (light rain is not a cause for cancelling)
– Too windy (upwards of 30 mph or more)

Refund Policy
– Full payment will be made when you register
– If you decide not to play and notify us before May 15th we will give you a 100% refund
– If you decide not to play and notify us between May 16th and June 5th, we will give you a 50% refund
– If you decide not to play and notify us June 6th and later, no refund will be given.
