Emily is a 2020 graduate of St. Olaf College, where she earned All-MIAC honors as a Defensive Specialist/Libero for the oles. In her time at St. Olaf, she majored in Exercise Science and Environmental Studies with a concentration in Educational Studies. She has a passion for the sport of volleyball and youth development and is eager to fuel a love for the game within her players.

Jarnigan is currently a 6th grade math teacher at Hiawatha College Prep Kingfield in Minneapolis and a native of Los Gatos, California.

This will be Emily’s fourth season with Vital!
