Sydney Miller

Sydney graduated from Northern State University in May 2020 with a degree in Psychology. She was a setter for the volleyball team at Northern State where they won back-to-back NSIC championships in 2018 and 2019. Her team went to the NCAA tournament three years in a row.

She is from Minneapolis and played at Washburn High School where she was a three year Varsity player and a two year starter. She was a captain and received all conference for the Millers her Junior and Senior seasons. During her final season, the Millers had the best record in the state, going 29-1 on the year.

She started playing for Vital during its very first season in 2012 and played with them for the next four years. During her 17s year, her team won the Northern Lights Qualifier! She was the first member for the “Vital 4 Life” club and is extremely honored to be recognized for all her hard work and dedication to Vital.

She just finished her third year coaching at St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN and will be entering her fourth season coaching at Vital. She is excited to give back to the club that gave her so much.
