Beginner VS Advanced Clinic Description
– Beginner level clinics will work on the basic fundamentals of that skill. For example, ready position and form, hand positioning, footwork, etc.
– Advanced level clinics will have an emphasis on taking that skill to another level (i.e. more aggressive serving, zone serving, jump float serving, etc) and more game like scenarios (i.e. serve receive vs just passing a ball). The type of athletes that should be registering for this level of sessions should be “varsity” type of athletes.
Middles and Pin Hitter Session Description
– Middles clinics will be focusing on timing and spacing as it relates to different sets.

Effective arm swing mechanics
– Pin hitter clinics will be focusing on effective arm swing mechanics
