Amanda Honsey

Amanda graduated from St. Olaf College with a degree in Kinesiology, where she played four years of volleyball as an opposite and outside hitter. She has since coached several volleyball teams as well as high school track and field, and she continues to stay active by playing in adult volleyball leagues with her former teammates. Sports have always been her passion, and through her full-time role at Special Olympics Minnesota, Amanda enjoys making sports inclusive and fun for all. Outside of coaching, she loves fishing, reading, watching women’s sports, and trying out new activities.
