Janine Crooks

Janine Crooks is a proud Vital alum and one of Director Ryan Stuntz’s favorite players turned coach. A Burnsville High School graduate, Janine went on to compete for four years at the NAIA level before transitioning into coaching. Now in her seventh year, she brings the same fierce competitiveness and passion that defined her playing career to the sidelines.

Janine focuses on building strong fundamentals, sharpening volleyball IQ, and developing the mental side of the game. Her players learn how to stay confident and composed, even in high-pressure moments — a trademark of every team she leads.

We’re grateful to have Janine on staff — not only for the impact she makes on her athletes, but also because, truth be told, she’s one of our favorites.
