Katie Koch

Currently coaching: Vital 14-2 Royal

Katie is a proud alumna of Bloomington Jefferson High School, where she excelled as both a setter and outside hitter. During her senior year in 2016, she helped lead her team to a Conference Title. She also competed for Vital during her 18s club season.

Katie continued her volleyball career at the College of Saint Benedict, where she earned several individual honors. She was named to the All-MIAC Conference Team in both 2018 and 2019, received MIAC Setter of the Week three times, and earned All-Region Honorable Mention recognition in 2019. During her time at Saint Benedict, the team made deep postseason runs—reaching the Sweet 16 in 2018 and the Elite 8 in 2019.

This will be Katie’s first season coaching at Vital, and she’s thrilled to be part of the program!
