Laurel Abrahamson

Laurel has been coaching club volleyball and camps in California, Wisconsin and Minnesota for the past 16 years. She has been coaching with Vital the last 3 years and previously with Edina, M1 and coaching beach volleyball with EPVB. Laurel is a native of Bloomington, where she played High School volleyball at Jefferson and club volleyball for M1. She received a full ride scholarship to play at the University of San Diego as a middle where she was a four-time WCC champion, WCC female athlete of the year, first team all-conference and all-WCC selection. She also played professionally overseas for 3 seasons in Finland, the Canary Islands and the Azores. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from USD and an Associates degree for Physical Therapist Assistant, and also enjoys working out and coaching group fitness classes at F45.
