Sophie Fritz

Currently coaching: Vital 12 YDT Sophie

Sophie graduated from Colorado State University in 2023 with a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Real Estate. During her time at CSU, she was both a participating member and President of the club volleyball team.

Prior to college, Sophie played for Saint-Michael Albertville where she was a three year varsity member and received both All-Conference awards as well as All-State Academic awards.  She is also a Vital alum and has many fond memories of playing here.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and going to concerts and sporting events. Sophie is so excited to be apart of this esteemed Vital staff and cannot wait to start her coaching journey here. She has a deep love and respect for the game and hopes to pass that on to the next generation through coaching.
